An address like you@yourbusiness.com looks far more trustworthy than a free webmail address. With cPanel hosting you can create professional email accounts on your own domain in about a minute.
1. Create the email account
- Log in to cPanel and open Email → Email Accounts.
- Click + Create.
- Choose the domain, enter a username (e.g.
info, salesor your name) and a strong password. - Set the storage space for the mailbox and click Create.
2. Read email in your browser
Open yourdomain.com/webmail and log in with the full email address and password. You can also click Check Email next to the account in cPanel.
3. Connect Gmail, Outlook or your phone
- In Email Accounts, click Connect Devices next to the account.
- cPanel shows the exact IMAP/POP3 and SMTP server names and ports for your account — use the Secure SSL/TLS settings.
- Enter those settings in your mail app. Many apps (including Outlook and iPhone Mail) can also use the auto-configuration links on that page.
4. Make sure your mail gets delivered
- Open Email → Email Deliverability in cPanel and make sure SPF and DKIM show as valid. If your DNS is hosted elsewhere, copy the suggested records there.
- Check the records with our DNS Checker (TXT record).
