How reseller hosting works
- WHM (Web Host Manager) is your control panel as a reseller. You use it to create hosting packages and cPanel accounts.
- cPanel is what your customers log in to manage their own websites, email and databases.
- With Master Reseller plans you can also create reseller (WHM) accounts — so you can sell reseller hosting too.
1. Pick a plan that fits your first customers

2. Set up your brand and private nameservers
- Register your brand domain (for example
yourhost.com) — see our domain prices. - Create private nameservers such as
ns1.yourhost.comandns2.yourhost.com. These are “child nameservers” registered at your domain registrar and pointed to the IP addresses our team gives you. All our reseller plans support private nameservers. - Give customers your nameservers, so their domains show your brand instead of ours.
3. Automate billing with WHMCS
WHMCS handles orders, invoices, payment gateways and automatic cPanel account creation. With our reseller plans we provide free WHMCS installation, help with important WHMCS settings, a free HTML hosting template and payment gateway integration help.
4. Create packages and prices
- In WHM, open Packages → Add a Package and create 3–4 sizes (e.g. Starter, Business, Pro) with disk, bandwidth and email limits.
- Price for your market. Many Bangladeshi resellers offer monthly and yearly options and accept bKash/Nagad.
- Keep some resources free so you can upgrade customers without moving plans.
