Any service credits for downtime will be issued in accordance with our Service Level Agreement available upon request.
5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your services with or without notice if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in activities that harm our network or other users.
5.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you will lose access to all services, and we may delete all data associated with your account. You are responsible for backing up your data before termination.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hostingsubidha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hostingsubidha, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
